Changes to Collection Arrangements/Late Collection

 

If you are unable to collect your child a note to that effect needs to be sent with your child into class to advise us of the collection changes. It is preferable that you do this before the day but if the changes are last minute and for that day please call the school office.

 

If you wish to notify us that your child is going to be dropped off or collected by an after school club please complete a 'Before and After School Club notification form' which can be downloaded from the 'Useful Forms' section located on the 'Parent Information' page and forward it to your child's class teacher.

 

If your child is dropped off or collected by friends/relatives on a regular basis please complete  a school 'Collection consent form' which can be downloaded from the 'Useful Forms' section located on the 'Parent Information' page and forward it to your child's class teacher.
